It is much easier to hide an identity
Behind a smoking unconcerned look
No need for manly men with serenity
Much more vital to do it by the book
Moving on from the old cigar
Was a switch too heavy by far
Swinging chains easily clang
Against pink wood that reddens
Blocking out a possible pang
From Barbies and Kens
Shade the Pacific colors
Of musicals in earlier times
Of simplistic ma'ams and sirs
And gangster hat-tipping crimes
Those concerns are of another caliber
Hidden eyes and stripes of a tiger
