Day 360 - The Angel's View

Well far out and away
Are the places the angels used to stay
The mists would lift their wings higher
Riding the winds like a horseman his sire
The deepest of the angels were the seraphim
In the blackest of night, they make the stars gleam
The true blue angels with loyalties to match
Dance about the clouds with dreams to catch
They throw the dreams down to messengers of a lighter shade
Who then put the dreams in our minds to later fade
Those who dare to perch on the buildings man creates
Spin the threads that each our destinies elevates
And the final in golden rays high up above
Those angels send down the showers of who we love

Day 321 - Sunday Drive

Buckle up, my dear and here we go
Where we stops, nobody need know
We are just out adventuring you and I
Until we find where the road meets the sky
And then we will stop and look around
Take some earth from this sacred ground
And lay between the stars light
For by then we will have reached the height
Where heaven welcomes everyone
At the end or only just begun
Ever wishing to feel more alive
We venture out, on our Sunday

Day 300 - Jupiter Island

Entwining life as tight as can be
A binding that inspires one to be free
To walk within tunnels of light
When the skies are not as dark as night
And when they are, to illuminate still
For the truest hope is built in will
Deeply rooted into the ground
Encouraging each of us to astound
Across the galaxy to another haven
Spanning velvet skies as black as a raven
Wishing on every star you can spy
Not passing a single opportunity by

Day 294 - Azure Storm

Every pin point of power
Ripples into greatness one day
The leaves of the surrendering shower
Scattering off to their own lives to pray

Dreams cannot paint so pretty a picture
And still in your heart you truly miss her
The one who you shot each day blindly
Too bad fairy tales cannot all end kindly

Every link to the heavens we find here
We implant in our memories as treasure
Be it a misty morning, or afternoon so clear
The beauty we constantly try to measure

Dreams cannot paint so pretty a picture
And still in your heart you truly miss her
The one who you shot each day blindly
Too bad fairy tales cannot all end kindly

Blessed with wind and oncoming rain
The azure storm brews for each of us
It drenches both the crazy and the sane
The ongoing struggle in each of us

Day 216 - Shady Street

The dooming clouds are no hoax
You shall never be welcome down this way
There is no good humor to coax
Life is truly and menacingly gray
With rainbow proudly wrapped around metal
Refusing in the blowing sea breeze to settle

The green and white of conformity
Clearly declares the stately warning
There is no answer in any sort of enormity
Just a refined level of scorning
To be done in the most simplistic manner
That wreaks and weaves in waves of candor

The danger and gloom is honest dear
But so is the underlying hopeful sight
No words could make that any more clear
Or encourages any greater a fright
Yet the world would be incomplete
Without such places as cheery Burt Street

Day 137 - Earth's Laughter

Let us go bouncing up on the clouds
They are springy and wondrous
Just like the pressing crowds
At amusement parks too humongous
No matter what the pilots say
Whether or not the scientists believe us
Or laugh at how we wish to spend our day
Try though they might to deceive us
You and I know clouds are simply
White trampolines suspended in space
The best of the world joyfully
Scattered across the miles of Earth's round face
